A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection. You'll receive a secure video link by email before your appointment — no app download required.

Privacy & security
Yes. All visits are conducted on a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted telehealth platform, and your health information is protected under HIPAA and applicable state privacy laws. — link to your real Notice of Privacy Practices here.
Your records are accessible only to you and your treating clinician, except as required by law or with your written consent (for example, to coordinate care with another provider).
Prescriptions & medications
Yes, most psychiatric medications can be prescribed via telehealth, including many controlled substances under current federal telehealth flexibilities. Rules around controlled substances change periodically, so specific prescribing options will be discussed during your evaluation. — confirm current DEA telehealth rules before publishing.
Prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice, so you can pick a location convenient to you.
Insurance & cost
This practice is currently private-pay and does not bill insurance directly. A superbill is available upon request for out-of-network reimbursement. — update if you accept insurance.
